What's it like living in sun and warth year round, do you drive your charger all the time? It's snowing outside, and I just wonder for those of us who can only go out 5 or 6 months of the year if we have a deeper enjoyment with our vehicles because of it.

I have'nt seen snow on the ground since the winter of '89 (South Georgia). It does get below freezing quit often though. I drive mine year-round when something is not broke on it! :RantExplode: Having lived in Duluth Mn for 5 years as a kid and can feel your pain about winter! :pity:

i can't say i drive her year around, it does rain here approx. 5 months a yr... and i avoid that if at all possible... but as early as feb the weather improves enough here to get a couple cruising days in, and sometimes we will have a few nice days as late as november.. early Dec.  so for sure there's three months a yr when i might only pull her out the garage to blow the carbon out and dust her off... once a month say... now, in late march were only getting a few days of rain and we had three days of high 60, low 70 degree temps last week..
and two days this week too...
i took the Runner out though...   :D

Year round. i actually drove it in a little shower last night towards dusk. It was a good day (one of my work trucks was in the shop - Chevy - so I took the '68) for a drive to South San Jose to look at a job, and my daughter came with. I guess it is an every day driver right now, as I would take it anywhere on a moments notice. Sunny day in every way.  :icon_smile_wink:

Nah, just asphalt it & paint it green to look like lawn...much less upkeep that way. ;D

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

I live in WA, so if I waited for a nice sunny day to take my car out, I'd NEVER drive it.....

where are you from Jo?

Here in fly over land i drive my Chargers till the first salting of the roads.  then they are put away till after a good spring rain washes the salt off the roads.  So Nov to May they are in hibernation.  So i think that it does make it more special to me to drive them when i can.  Well, when i can afford gas anyways.  :-\

Brock, I was on a  job mentioned in my response. It is a customer's home, and in fact they do want a new lawn.  :icon_smile_wink:  (I am a landscape contractor)

And for the record my yards are beautiful.  :2thumbs:

I will be able to answer that next year at this time. I have had it up to my eyeballs with winter! I am born and raised in the Chicago area. We are putting our house up for sale next week and moving to Arizona when it sells.
