Call Dante. He's top dog with that stuff. Nit sure about pricing, but he is a straight shooter, and has an immaculate reputation on all the message boards and venues.  :Twocents:

I got my rear seat covers from A-1 with no problems.   I also have bought items  from Dante with great results as well

I bought two sets of seat covers, front seat tracks (they were used ofcourse), carpet, door panels, and headliner from A1Canvas. I have nothing but good things to say.

Wow. It's been three years since I bought my door panels, seat cushions, seat covers from Jeff/A-1 canvas. But, there was no problems.
The only thing is Legendary makes the seat covers when you order them, so it does take weeks to get them.

I think Jeff is ok for the most part. He does have a bit of a temper (yes, you do, Jeff) but I think he tries to do the right thing, maybe a little overwhelmed with it all or something. I've dealt with him twice and my results are 50/50. I bought some reproduction parts from him a while back and it went well; we both gave each other positive feedback on Ebay. But back before Jeff started selling all this reproduction stuff, and before I bought my '68, he was selling a '68 that I was interested in. I couldn't get him to give me the pictures I wanted of it so I stalled the sale. I finally got a couple of moparts guys to help me out and go have a look at it for me (one of them is a buddy on this site). They took tons of pics for me and gave me their recommendations which obviously resulted in me looking elsewhere.

Yes, it was molded.

The bugle sounds the charge begins. But on this battlefield no one wins.

I bought seat covers from him with good results, I asked about some parts that he was to check on for me and he never got back to me had to buy elsewere.  I have never had a bad result with an actual purchase.

Jeff is a very good guy.  He does get busy at times so bear with him.  He is very blunt and to the point which some people take offense to.  Some people will see A1Canvas feedback which outweighs any negative feedback that he may have received.  Most of them are uncalled for.

The carpet is made in the USA.  It is molded, has the jute back, and correct heel pad.  These carpets fit well.  I put them in all of my cars.  If you don't want to deal with Jeff.  You can deal with me also.  I can be reached at 586-770-4412.  It is the same carpet found in the group buy.

We will be heading to Las Vegas for the Mopars at the Strip show.  So call if you need anything.  We will have a truck passing by Indy, St. Louis, Kansas City, Oklahoma City, New Mexico, etc.  So save on shipping.  Or if you are going to the show, call us and we will bring what you need.

Thank you,

Rob

EDIT: I just got an email from Jeff in which he says he sent the stuff. I'll update any information here as soon as I have it!

Here's my story:
I ordered parts from Jeff/A1Canvas worth over 1000 bucks in 2007. I asked him if he could deliver them within the next 2 month to my relatives in California which he said would be no problem. I was planning to visit them and take the stuff home with me on the plane (I'm from Europe).
The stuff didn't arrive before we came to California, so we had 3 weeks left, I called him again and wrote him emails. Finally he started working on it and most of the stuff came there JUST early enough. MOST OF IT. The seat foam didn't make it and the headliner aswell. Okay, stuff like that happens, nobody's perfect. But: It never arrived, he never sent it! And after that he wouldn't give me my money back, what I still don't understand.

He offered to send the stuff to anyone in the US, I was thinking of selling it on eBay to at least get a little of the money back. Glad I didn't do that!

Finally I got the chance to have the stuff put into a car that would be shipped to Europe soon. The 'soon' was the problem. I asked Jeff to send the stuff to the seller of the car, had everything organised, it just had to be there within 2 weeks. Never heard from him after that, he was not responding to emails nor to phone calls (wanted to make sure he got my mails, had to leave messages on the answering machine all the time, and yes, I do call at daytime). The car is on it's way now, without the parts.

All I get from him is monthly eBay-store-newsletters. Wow.

What is so sad about this is that I'll have to buy it in Europe now. It's about twice as expensive here due to shipping and Jeff made me miss the chance for free shipping two times!
If I only had not given this guy a second chance I would have ordered the stuff elsewhere and it would be in that car now! Man!
So I lost 250 bucks that Jeff still owes me plus the extra-costs on the items over here in Europe.

I don't know why this happened, maybe Jeff has simply too much to do to satisfy his customers, his service is poor.

I guess they are still around: Sellers that you may consider yourself lucky if they degrade themselves to sell you piece of #### something.

And one more thing: On Jeff's auctions it says that he's selling PUI and Legendary. There's a big difference between PUI and Legendary in quality, so be sure to check if the stuff you want is PUI or Legendary!

I`d rather sit on rusty seat springs than buy anything from him.  I responded to a similar post and told my story here once before. Jeff responded to the post with a pile of lies and profanity.  Nothing is ever his fault. Eventually he managed to get the thread locked. (which was more than likely his intent)  Unfortunately that thread was deleted. ( a complete and total disservice to anyone who might want to do research on the guy)  Look at his high number of ebay feedback withdrawls. You leave him a neutral or negative, no matter how much he deserves it.....and he will definitely leave you a retaliatory negative and then later request a feedback withdrawl. (been there, done that)
BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE
I wont be surprised if he responds to this soon, gets this thread locked...... and the truth deleted.
