How does this piece come off. Up? The trim just under the louvered window.

Im trying to remember but its been a while since I pulled one of those off, but I think it slides forward (towards the front of the car).

it does slide off toward front or rear depending if you have that curved piece off - i would use some lubricate on it - sometimes it is stuck on.
