My old roommate who now lives in Chicago has a interest in finding a '71 Challenger.  Do you know of any around there?  If you come across one let me know and i can get you in contact with him.

Good stories man.  I saw a book today at borders. Its called something like, "theres a HEMI in the barn." Its all about car hunting and such. I wanted to buy it but just could not see paying $26 for it right now.  But I kinda thought about you and I heard you wanted to right a book.  Is it going to be kind of like that?  Talking about cars hidden right under our noses and such.  On the coverit had a rusty orange super bird. There are all kind of cars in it.  I think I will see if I can get it on amozon or something.

Just so you know.  There is no hard feelings on my side. Lets put the past behind us. (IE. the arguments in other forums and threads)       Jeremy

Yeah, I talk with Tom Cotter every so often.  Really nice guy, I was surprised he would talk to me@  Tom is the Author of "Cobra in the Barn" and "Hemi in the Barn".  They are both great books and excellent reads.  I got "Cobra" for Christmas a few years ago, and I had "Hemi" on order before it came out.

I have nothing against you c-stripe.  I emailed you before, just wondering if the picture was yours, as I had seen one just like it years before.  I wanted to ensure that something like what happened with me (the Bronze incident) didn't happen to anyone else.  You said they were yours and I said, good hunting.

If people take the pictures legally, I'm for every find and picture I can see.

I have article getting finished, I'll post it in a few days, until then, Happy New Year.

It was really, really rough.  Both passenger and driver side quarters were destroyed.  That car had a very hard life.

Almost done with this one junkyard adventure.  Have one more section to do on the little adventure, maybe two.  But by next week I plan on moving onto another adventure.  I already have it thought out which one I will do.

This might give you a hint.

I have a base model 69 charger a half mile from me. Guy put in a 440 and it has a 727 in the trunk and one bolted in it.I have tried to talk him into selling it for years and i saw him a wal mart and  he just told me that he would sell it  . It pretty rough but its complete, im guessing he will want around 800-1000 for it   Im gonna investigate it soon as the snow is gone. I might pay 1000 for it but im not sure.

Sounds like a good plan, go grab it before someone else does.

I just put the last part of the three part story up on the site.  The next one involved another mopar nut and his yard full of toys.  The 71 Gran Coupe isn't mine, it is one of his.
