Sitting here in the living room hacking out some office work watching Top Gear and I caught this story... WOW.

Ok, its a tad old (apparently 7 months old, or so is the post to youtube) but certainly worth the 8 minutes.

Personal taste aside, you can't argue the numbers.

1001 HP, V16, 4 turbos, and 10 radiators! At top speed he mentions that the tires only last 15min, and the fuel only 12min. Man, OPEC must love that car.

I don't think it made the end of the UTube vid but he mentioned in post story comments that he was so velocitized after the run that he was thinking of opening the door before the car stopped, until he looked over and realized he was still going 70mph. I bet that was some sort of ride!
