The movie is called Banshee. I don't think it's anything like a European car theft ring in the movie, pure American if I remember correctly. The girl steals cars for the ring, steals the Charger, the guy who owns the Charger finds her and starts threatening her saying he wants his car back, kills her boyfriend and leaves his head at her house, etc. and so then she has to steal the car back from her boss guy or something. . . give me a break okay!?

Anyone notice the headlights? They are on high beam, then low, then high, then low....switches from frame to frame....

I can see just low beams after she did hide on parking lot, and high beams all the chase before that
