It cant be HLPAG I can see rust in the pictures and there is no YEEEEEHAWWWWW or orange paint or great father son project.

Go with the former...his last two eBay purchases were for a Dukes of Hazzard air horn and a General Lee decal kit. I Guess he bit off more that he could chew.... :P
