I want to run TTI " 2 1/8 headers on my 472 that's going in a '70 Charger.

I need power steering, will the TTI's clear everyting.  I was told it got real tight and with the quality problems...?  We will be pulling the 440 from the bottom.  I want to get them ordered ASAP, I recently on 'parts.com where there were like two month delays..

THANKS!!!!

Aren't they about the only brand that will clear?  I know they claim they will fit and I have seen them on a couple of E-bodies with power steering and they fit.  The only 68-70 B-bodies I 've seen TTI's with a Hemi were manual steering that I noticed.

All of the literature from tti says they will fit with power steering. I have seen several cars with tti's,hemi's and power steering, but I have seen some posts on other boards about quality control issues.  Most recently a pitman arm hitting a tube on a race hemi with tti's.  I still think they are the best on the market, but be aware of the potential problems.  P.S. I had hooker super comps 2 1/8 primary on my hemi b body for a while with power steering, and I only had to dimple the #1 tube slightly, so the tti's SHOULD fit.

I have TTI's on my other car 440 car with power steering.  WE had to dimple a couple places but overall a pleasant experience.  I haven't checked their website yet, :-[, my buddy had me convinced it was perhaps an issue.  I never paid attention cause I figured I'd never own an elelphant motor.
I think TTI makes headers for Sea bodies as well?

I thought I read the quality issues too  I know they ain't cheap. :icon_smile_shock:  It seems as though if it's for a Hemi, the cost is astronomical.  I need some real world experiences, thoughts, versus their site.  THANKS guys.
