does anyone know when the last year the shortbed stepside was offered on dodge trucks? I have the chance to buy a 85 W150 shortbed stepside but i thought they quit using them beds in like 81 or something

i had an 81 stepside not too long ago. i know they made them later than 81, 84 or 85 sounds about right for the last year

i'm probably gonna pick this one up...i figure there couldn't have been that many made in 85 and even less being 4 wheel drive

I believe it was dropped for the 1986 model year.

my nieghbor has  a 85 with a stepside bed, has had it since it was knew, so im pretty sure it was 85 or 86
