hi - were can i find a new replacement piece for my transmission mount rubber piece???

You can get the rubber part at any auto parts store. I got mine at O'Reilly's.

do you just unbolt it and replace it??  do i need to keep a jack under the transmission when i pull bolt out??

I think the jack would be a good idea to help support the tail shaft. As for my replacement, I'm gonna upgrade to a polyurathane piece....

I have a R/T 440 4 speed and had to drop the exhaust before replacing the tranny mount. Easy to do but the exhaust bolts were TIGHT.
