Just changed the oil after cam break in. Started her up and was fine for a while. I use to trust Frame oil fliters, not suer now. I am pushing by factory gauge that is more than likely not right 65 to 70 PSI gave some gas and blew the fliter seal. What is the best fliter that will hold up to this PSI?

Opps, as Rosean Adanan would say, "Never Mind". ;D Just pulled the old fliter out of the trash, guess what is missing? Yep the gasket, old one must still be on the oil pump. Never seen that happen, but know of it.

Guess I could get a job at Jiffy Lube! ;D

Input anyway of fliters.

You're assuming Ken actually reads your posts... :D

Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.

Well Troy, I was not going to say that. Besides, think he did most of his posting while I was messing around in the Audiophile site.

Silver R/T, you did see where I said I left the old gasket on the oil pump right? Cannot fault Fram for
that.

I notice difference even on my daily driver, with Fram and any other cheap crap like pennzoil I notice HLA ticks on startups, with better filter I have not noticed any

Neil, I went with a WIX fliter this time. O' Rellys had it and a fram cut open, I was a little shocked. Manager told me they started making that was a few month's ago. Trying to get the price down.
