The original owner of my Dart replaced the carb in the early 80's.  There are two plugged vacuum lines and I would like to know what/where they  are suppost to go to??

Found out the center port is suppost to lead to a charcoal canister.....

Anyone know what the one on the right is suppost to connect to??
