Back from the dead part II.  Any updates for us?  I love 73 RR's.   :popcrn:

looking good....i'm gonna have to get my butt in gear so i can get my charger up there to give you a run for your money  :2thumbs:
Daddy ran whiskey in a big black dodge
bought it at an auction at the masons lodge,
Johnson County Sherriff painted on the side,
just shot a coat of primer then he looked inside,
well him and my uncle tore that engine down,
I still remember that rumblin' sound.....

man... well yeah, there is, i completed the front suspension rebuild and will be getting cage emplaced in two weeks, just a 6 pt.  I have started a new job working for the Dept. of Veteran's Affairs, so I am unable to do much to the car as of now.

I have now reclassified the car to just "drag racer".  I have a 68 plymouth to cruise around in, and in the near future (4-5 yrs) I am planning a 73 Dodge Charger SE pro street, tubbed, backhalved, with the body looking stock as all get out (to include the dorky white vinyl top with louvered windows hehehe) show car, except for the blower sticking through the hood (haze, look out) lol j/k.  lots of plans, but the RR will be done this winter, come hell or high water.  I will have it in the body shop by December and hopefully by march, I will have it striped and ready to shite and get.

I will take pics after the cage is in, seats are mounted, and panels all laid out.  should be in about a month or two. thanks for the bump.

First, this is not a rotisserie resto.  This is one that is done in a gravel driveway (except for the paint) so do not get your panties in a wad over my trunks inner quarter textured paint.  I like it, and that is all that matters.  Afterall, this is a drag car, not a show car :D

I like the textured paint in the trunk thing too! Thought I was the only one. It looks clean to me.
