QQ Driving Age In NJ?

What is the QQ, historic, driving age in NJ. People have told me that it could be 21, but I am not sure.

The age is 27 with a clean record, thats what i was told when I insured mine.

As long as you have a NJ driver license, you can register a historic car in NJ.  I registered my 70 SS Chevelle when I was 20.  The only restriction is that you can't use it for daily transportation.  If you get caught doing that, you lose the ability to register a car historic.

So, it is basically whatever the insurance company says. If I QQ a car can I register it normally a year later?
