as the title says can i put a 727 from a barracuda in a charger with no mods?

You may have to change the driveshaft.   Was it a 727 in the Charger before or a 904?

i think its got a 727 in it now. if not ive also got a driveshaft from a bb 727, would that work?

You should be okay.  It should be 52 inches.
