Well Im fairly sure this is my turn signal problem but wanted to make sure and all it does is stay hot as hell when the key is on.

Doesn't look like a flasher in the pic, too long.   Looks more like the timer for the lamp on your ignition switch

 ;)
71, your on the money. Turn Signal flasher is only about 1 inch long and 1 inch across.

Well I can't seem to find out what it is because on my diagram it says something turn signal flasher and well all it does is heat up, but ya now I do think I'm wrong about it.

is a delay timer flasher. Makes turns off the courtesy ignition key light afew seconds after you closed the door or turns off the dome light. On earliers models, like 71 and earliers 72s turns off the seatbelt warning light too since is conected in paralel with ignition courtesy light.

like any flasher, gets hot for a while power is going thru.

Hey Nacho I know you might know what this is but do you know where 3 pink wires go into one plug with 2 wires coming out? It's located right underneath the dash speaker when I took it out yesterday and I don't have as much power as I should have? I tried to locate it on my diagram but I only see 2 pinks which were for hazzards not 3 into 2. Any help would be grateful because I'm trying to track down my wiring problems.

pink wires must have power allways. Is a direct source from batt.

Sometimes diagrams are not EXACT to reality, just guides. Myabe that pink line does appears spliced somewhere in the middle of the line or from fusebox itself, for a while on reality was spliced from hazzard plug to anywhere... maybe cigar lighter, or maybe another function... I cant recall right now, but teh fact is pink wire must have full power allways to feed cigar lighter, glove box light, map light, time delay relay, hazzards, brakes, dome light and stuff like that. I don't mean all thsi stuff is feeded by the same line, just stuff that need constant power. Sometimes is spliced on one place, sometimes on another.

I have an underdash harness around... will checke in a few moments. Is standart but sure should be too much different on that
