Now Im gonna start degreasing her since its got 30+ years worth of grease caked around.  Monday my machine shop is gonna pick every thing up from the balancing shop and i'll be able to pick it up at the end of the week.  I need to take a couple pics of the firewall theres a couple things on there that I dont know what they are for , and I want to take as much off the firewall as possible . It seems like its to cluttered back there.

 Any PIC of the cluter? You might need the ballast Glad to hear the crank worked out for you.

I've got a couple pics and will post later.  went to auto zone and picked up 4 cans of engine degreaser . Didnt really make a dent . I think Im just gonna take a rattle can and paint everything black . By no means is it ever going to be a show/trailer queen car so I dont see a need for it to look that good. I see my car as a working class car.

Im not sure what some of those nubs on the firewall are for besides the A/C parts .   any ideas?
