Sponsors for your car are they a good idea? Does anyone here do that besides for racing?
What are the pros and cons of having sponsors?
Someone at work asked me if I had any sponsors, I don't got any I told them but I will look into it though I told them. So what are your thoughts or experiences?

The pros are financial assistance.  The cons are having someone use your vehicle as a rolling billboard.

free money or money off is always good, I just don't like stickers, only if they match

My feeliings as well.  I wouldn't want some parts supplier or shop or wherever expecting me to plaster my car with their name and expecting me to show up at events as specified by them.  OTOH, if it was the only way I could get a car finished and on the road... :shruggy:

wish it was that smiple to, just hopefully I am not moving any where soon, getting tired of spending money transport the car inside of getting it painted or get parts
