Can anyone help me out?  My dash instrument lights don't seem to be working on my 68 Charger.  Of course I checked every bulb and fuse... they are all good.  The turn signal lghts in the dash DO illuminate, but that is it.  The harness seems fine too.  I had this problem before I tore out and painted the metal dash "cage" so i do not think it is a grounding problem.  Where else can I turn?
