Got watching this video of them going over the car pointing out the original numbers on it

Also the dash VIN is missing the letter J in the engine location of the dash VIN plate
Fine it is one of those odd ball things that happen as the J seems to be on the fender tag info

When looking at the pop rivits holding the metal tag to the dash are they not the wrong pop rivits ?
Should they not have the bumps around the edge and not just be round ??
Or did some of the rivits back then just have little bumps and not as noticiable ?

15:45 mark is a good picture of the dash tag

Tag's been off and reinstalled with hardware store rivets. Lightly painted and the paint came off pulling said rivets.

I would not call it a Million Dollar Charger. LEON.

Has anyone ever heard how much they charge to restore a complete car ?

I know every car is different and how much metal work but all the rest is about the same new seats new paint new motor rebuild ........

Just curious

Speaking of this show and fender tags.  I was watching the other day and his daughter Allysa said the second paint code was the interior color of the car.  Totally not possible.  I have an original one owner 69 Charger with the paint code of R4 (Bright Red).  If what she said was true I would have a bright red interior, and I don't.  It's black.

The third color code is the interior, the 2nd one is the roof. B5 B5 B7. B5 body, B5 roof line, B7 interior.

That makes perfect sense, but that's not what she said.

She tries to talk like her dad when doing the decoding but she is not right all the time
You will notice print at the bottom of a few of the videos making the corrections
