I am too but the confirmation letter stated that there would e a zero tolerance onburnouts since the Tennessee tragedy.  With their already dim view of that on Brice, you may not get much use out of those signs this year.

The only place burnouts on Brice are going to take place is on a trailer....NOBODY is going to risk their ride and jail for a burnout. The MAN is just waiting for the first one to make an example of.....Nope, Brice Road is done. :brickwall:

Then you have never been to the Mopar Nationals in Columbus. Brice Rd is the main cruise, burnout, hangout road for the weekend of the nats.
Gets pretty crazy with non-stop burnouts in hotel parking lots until wee hours of the morning. The cops have been pretty good with letting people light em up on Brice Rd as well (see pic).

You would think that after what happened in Tennesee that people would think twice about burnouts around a group of people.  :shruggy:

If you do a 'stopped' burnout and don't move until it's done, I don't see a problem.

Over reaction!!! Yep, I'm declairing and OFFICIAL OVER_REACTION!!! :coocoo:

It is possible for almost any car on Brice Road to hurt an onlooker. I have seem some close calls myself. Especially in motel parking lots. But that Tennessee crash was just plain stupid. An actual Funny Car doing a burnout on a crowed city street? No guards rails and who knows what the street surface had on it. Whoever staged that event should be held liable for all injuries and deaths.

I don't think that it will put an end to the burnouts on Brice. Over the past couple of years there has been more of and more of a trend to do them in hotel parking lots. Not quite sure if a cop would really say anything about that still. Didn't seem to about a month ago in columbus anyways.

Seen the Video, Hard to imagine any Authorities would allow a 6-7 second Pro Stock Racer to try to make a 6 second pass down a public roadway lined with Pedestrians like that, Outright Stupid & disregard for safety. :slap:  Plus, In the Video you see Farmer Jack in his overalls standing out in the middle of the street, Luckily he didn't get hit :rotz: :Twocents: LEON.

We got a ticket for doing a burnout on Brice Rd. NO POINTS $70.00 fine.  The Neon R/T could get-er done.  Flipped people out the neon smoking the hides.  The cops line up the cars to go into the burnout box.  Choppers in the air checking out the Plumes of smoke rising from the hotel parking lots.  It's too cool.

This was not cool at all I found it Sunday morning after a lot of hell raising Saturday night.
