OK heres what I have a new yearone turn signal switch in the column.  Both front signals work along with the left back (drivers side).  The right side does not flash on back.  So I know that one of my flashers is bad, I switched the flashers from the hazard flasher with the turn signal flasher and now have hazard flashers on the front only.  Before I switched them I did not have any hazard flasher anywhere.  So I know its bad.  But my questions are.

1.  What would cause the rear right (passenger side) not to blink when using the good flasher when the left rear and front work fine?
2.  Does the flasher for turn signal flasher differ than hazard flasher?
3.  Why does the left side not flash as well when I use the good flasher for hazard ?  None work?  Except for front?

I have also noticed that the front signals flasher alittle fast also.

1: wiring or terminal of wire that drives right rear corner Do you have brakes on that corner ? wire is shared to blinkers and brakes.

2: yes, but just because hazzards must be heavy duty kind since they drive more bulbs. If you use regular flasher on hazzard, will end melting the plug.

3: I only can think on some problem with wiring or tail ground wire

for a while you have less bulbs working then will blink faster... why ?
Flasher is a thermic switch that cuts the power when overheats by bulbs consumption. Then gets cold again and switch on untill heats again and cut, etc... with less bulbs working the heats less than usual and get colds quick too, so blink stuff does happen faster.
