Coil Wire HELP!

Where does the positive and negative coil wire go on my car? 70 Coronet W/ 440 and electronic ignition? One should go to the ballast and the other should go into the dash! THANKS!

Electronic ignition module or points ?

Points:
Positive: Brown wire runs up to ballast and from there is spliced into the dash up ignition switch ( Start Position )
Negative: Distribuitor
