Has anyone bought a new '73 B-body engine harness from YO?  I need one and I need to know if it comes with the neutral safety switch wiring and connection for the bulkhead. Also, how hard would it be to put in a new bulkhead?  The one I have is a little bit melted on the NSS portion of it. What could have caused this?

neutral safety switch is a different harness, nothing related with engine harness.

MAYBE AND JUST MAYBE A/C WIRES are shared between engine and tranny harnes when is not a Tach car... if so, then you need to remove fom the old to insert on the new one.

Change bulkhead,. pretty easy, just insert a small screwdriver on front face on eacvh terminal cavity to depress terminals tabs and release from back.

You can label every wire with the cavity number with a masking tape.

Melting on tranny harness... maybe close to exhaust.

Maybe someone had taped the two harnesses together.  My neutral safety switch was with my engine harness. I'm talking about the white part (engine bay side) of the bulkhead, but I guess the inside terminals relay to the outside through this?  The bulkheads I saw on eBay were nothing like the one I am talking about.
