Glass in door removal

I can't seem to get the vent glass and tracks out of the door on my 69 charger.  From what i see i have all the nuts removed and still seems like something is holding it in?  Anyone got any idea's?

After even more time staring at the car i finally found it, it was the hex bolt that was rusted and i didn't think it was something to remove, whoops.
