Help with 69 charger

ok I picked up this piece of a charger couple weeks ago guy said car was solid boy was he wrong but anyways rear frame rails are strong but the drivers  front frame rail is rotted does anyone know of a site to pick up a replacement weld in and if not what would be a good guage of metal to start fabricating one. also the inner fender where the battery tray is that always rots out do they make a replacement panel for that or should i start fabricating a new piece there as well
