I have spent most of today fitting a new power disc set up which i bought from YearOne

The discs & calipers went on without any problem at all and indeed fitted the new servo unit and master cylinder after a reasonable amount of trial & error
so you would think all is well eh

No ! :'( :'(  I just cant get the thing to bleed up and give any pedal at all

The fronts seemed to go OK side to side until no air coming out of the bleed nips at all
Then got to the rears & must have spent 2 hours on them Just when i think there is no more air to come out there isn't a hard pedal So bleed again & more air comes through

Tried pumping the pedal down & up slowly and did notice some air bubbles in the rear reservoir of the MC so did that until no more air came out
Bleed the rears again & still no pedal

Its now 22:45 here so had to come in HEADS GONE !

AM i missing something simple - Is there a trick to these systems

Any help / suggestions gratefully appreciated

Thx
Mike
