My seal is leaking is it this easy to fix take off the steering coupling, pull out the old seal and tap in the new one.?

Mine was leaking also. I tried pulling it apart. It turned out to be the internal o-ring. I'm pretty mechanically inclined and there's no way I was going to tackle that one. I just ordered a reman box from Autozone for like $150 with core. Firm Feel has new ones too but they are expensive. If you do go for a new or reman one, make sure it's adjusted properly before you put it in. Mine wasn't and I didn't realize it until I was driving it. I had to disconnect the linkage and do it in the car.
