What is the output of a stock 318 motor from a 69 Charger?  I've read 230bhp, is this accurate or is it rated higher as the 426 Hemi is capable of a lot more than its rated at.
I realize that a 318 is no way near a 426.  Any idea how much at the wheels as well?

that would Be the Correct Gross rated HP & should be fairly close , there was no advantage to underrating a 318s HP for insurance etc
I would guess around 160 RWHP on a Mustang dyno
