I think the screw holes at the front are from some kind of owner added accessory.  Didn't the cassette player mount further forward on some kind of special bracket?

They are on a pedestal, but they are same screwed and console has a reinforcement below. Dunno exactly where are the holes, but definitelly not in front since you don't have acces to that place... unless screws attachs from bottom to top ???

What does make it very special is that its NOT cracked at the shifter opening where just about all of them are.

It is special because the previous owner was a key member of the Kansas Mopar Mafia. That in itself triples the consoles normal value.

:haha: Does the auction price include a "KMM" certificate of authenticity? ;D

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Is the top piece near the shifter opening warped and raised up?

On a side note, anybody come up with a way to fix that?

Wow is all I can say about the price!

I was gonna say coz it belongs in my car  :icon_smile_big:
Earth. Even the word sounded strange to me now... unfamiliar. How long had I been gone? How long had I been back? Did it matter? I tried to find the rhythm of the world where I used to live. I followed the current. I was silent, attentive, I made a conscious effort to smile, nod, stand, and perform the millions of gestures that constitute life on earth. I studied these gestures until they became reflexes again. But I was haunted by the idea that I remembered her wrong -Solaris
