You are most likely right about that.  My 2002 WRX is a daily driver and nothing special, just the stock wheels and tires and exhaust.  From time to time I notice the the young girls looking at the car until they notice that a 60 year old man is driving and then they seem to lose interest, dammit.

When I drive my Charger, however, most people of all ages seem to have interest but for the most part the young girls could not care less, at least in Seattle area.

Now, my real hot rod (Buick GN) turns the young girls on big time and the windows are way to dark tinted for them to see my 60 year old face looking back at them.  It looks a little like a gangster car so that may explain it.

  That is what I was trying to explain to Mally.  I have had musclecars for 20 years and it's only the guys that talk to me. WTF.
My motorcycle is a good chick magnet and I know exactly what your talking about with the GN.  I had a '85 Grand National and the women went nuts!! And just like you, once they saw me, they ran away

I've been lookingat getting an '04-'05 STI   once I sell my G35  ( '04 G35 owned one year  and $1400 in repairs later... ) .  I've got a friend that has an '05 STI     and he told me that alot of guys were some how breaking  2nd gear    I believe they were the regular an non STI models though .

quickness and looks aside, its the amazing handling on those little WRX's that basically will let them beat most cars in most applications,
