New digital watch

Two rednecks went to big city and one of them bought brand new digital watch.
Later on, they were traveling underground and this guy so proud of his new watch so he was showing it all the time.
At certain point, a lady approach to them asking: "Excuse me, can you tell me what time is it?".
This guy took short look at his brand new watch and just shrug.
Other guy asked him "Hey man, why didn't you tell to the lady what time it is, you have brand new watch!?"
"Yeah, right....If you are so smart, can you tell me the result of 11 divided by 37?!"
