Rear seat belt safety

Just a heads up if you have a driver condition car, this is an area you might want to look at. 

Im getting ready to replace my carpet, and pulled the old carpet out the other day.  My floorpans are pretty clean, but I knew I had some rust near the rear corners that needs fixed due to the wheel wells.  Well that just so happens to be the same place the rear seat belts attach.  They ripped right out of the car when I tried to remove them.  Would not have been safe at all in an accident.
