I was wondering if its possible to remove this?  If so, how?  I wondered if you could just block off the vent tubes from the gas tank and the lines at the carb and do away with it completely?  I just dont like the look of it, and would like to eventually lose any emissions type stuff from under my hood.

just take it off, thats what did with all my emission crap IMO the car runs better without it  :yesnod:

the only thong i left was the hard line but thats just cause i didn't wanna deal with it

If you have no vision or creative spirit, you can always fall back on the way the factory did it.

the lines to mine broke the nipples on the can. off :( cheap brittle plastic... i am going to replace is for to keep some orginality to the car
