I just picked up a set of door hinges.  Ive got the car just about gutted, but the question is should i hang the doors and make sure everything is going to line up since i have not had these doors mounted to the car since ive gotten it.  Also is there anything i should know before i hang them.  I do have the car leval on stands.  Also one more question were the pins in the hinges meant for one way in only and do they go in from bottom to top or top to bottom, just curious because my 85 dodge truck the pins went in from the bottom to top. Any pics would be great if you don't mind.

I like to get new Hinges then hang the doors, Line up best as possible & even add or remove metal if I have to, to line up. Hang Fenders if not all ready on & line up with doors. Then I like to Do Body work on the car & blocking too or you can do like some clowns do & do all this off the car & then cross your Fingers & hope it lines up? Lately I've seen lots of people doing it this way, off the car, Some kinda new trend it looks like. Bad Idea in my opinion.  LEON.

68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior
68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

How does the hinge pin go in.  I got 3 sets of hinges i just bought, does it matter which is left and which is right on the top hinge anyway?

on the top hinge the pin goes in with the head on top the lower hinge is the same rt or left so on one side head up and the other head on the bottom

These dang things are just frusterating the bolts that go from the hinges into the doors don't want to go in all the way so the door side hinge is just flopping around.  If its not this its something else. eerr lol
