I watched the whole show with much excitement- I thought the skit where he was the captain of the small college basketball team and refused to go back out there and play the second half- "I just thought for a moment, about going back out there to play those guys in front of that crowd...and a little bit of pee came out!" 

He did a pretty damn good job- some skits were better than others, but that wasn't his fault- rather the writers who came up with these ideas. 

Just goes to show that the popularity of SNL is continuing to go south though.
