69 W1 White in Urethane???

I am painting my 69 Charger, W1 white but in single stage urethane.  The paint my painter normally uses is ICI or Nexa Autocolor (Part of PPG)as it is known nowhttp://www.ppg.com/NEXAAUTOCOLOR/pressrelease.pdf.  The dealer called to say that they could not get W1 White in single stage urethane, only in base/clear.  Has anybody run into this problem???  Can you get W1 white in a single stage urethane?  Other brands?
