Getting My Car Restored, are these prices too high?

Are these prices too high? I have a 73 charger that im getting work done, just wanted to see if these prices sound right.
springs
2 leaf spring eye brakets
2 leaf springs
remove old front  spring braket weld new ones
install 2 new springs
install 2 new shackles left and right rear
4 new u bolts 
$ 1200 all parts listed and labor included

front end parts list
upper ball jointsx2
lower ball jointsx2
upper control arm bushingsx4
lower control arm bushings x2
outer tie rod ends left and rightx2
inner tie rodsx2
sleeves 1
1" sway bar with new harware the stock one is 3/4
pitman arm x1
idler arm x1           all parts and labor included    1675.00

i think its alittle high, maybe only by 2-300 but high is high. unfortuantely a lot of shops wont touch this kind of work anymore.

Why would you weld the Rear Spring Front Mounting Bracket? They bolt in.Why not do the work yourself, that's easy stuff.  ;D

I agree, most of this you can do yourself pretty easy. When you need the bushings pressed in just take those to a shop to do.
