Is this a Chrysler or a Chevy throttle linkage/bracket..?

Carb is a Carter TQ and id is: 9810 9000 series, GM, EGR

Got this carb with an engine and I have no idea how to mount kickdown and wire..  ???

It looks like it will work, just put a throttle/kickdown stud in the upper hole. The lower stud looks like it was used with a transmission with a kickdown cable.
If it ain't broke, fix it 'till it is.

Just bought me a Lokar throttle cable and bracket, and a kickdown cable...

Instructions for throttle cable/bracket looks very professional..

but the kickdown instructions..  :image_294343:
