Hey,

  If anyone knows how the new tachs work from charger specialties. Mine jumps around when its on Idle.

Got a good ground, and hooked up right on coil.  But it still jumps around when ideling and when i barely tap the accelerator pedal it tops out!

what ignition are you running stock? msd? electrontic?
68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior
68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

msd requires a tach adapter but if youre running stock thats not the prob in this case

what is a tach adapter and where do i get one.i will be running a msd ignition and want to use the factory tach.

i got mine from mancini like 35.00 it is neccesary to run a fac tac with msd
