Need help with this camshaft...

Its a MP purple camshaft,..
I thought it was a 620 lift but im not able to come up with its specifics with the numbers on it.
At one end it has 1136 and at the othe it has 554950

Any help is greatly appreaciated.

put a dial guage on it & measure the lift
