How long should it take me to finish my 73 project, axle and other stuff?

I want to get my 73 Charger to a point where all I have to do is drop the motor and transmission in and hook everything up. I'm currently working on finishing up from the front bumper all the way through the interior where most of the work is. I have a good bit to do to the end of the car but I think it might not take as long as all this did. All I'm going to do toward the rear of the car is leave the axle in, put new wheel seals, center section gasket, get the pinion seal and crush sleeve replaced, relube it, rear brakes, new u-joints, new leaf springs, leaf spring pads, shackles, shocks, gas tank, gas tank pad, fuel lines, sending unit, the rear bumper rechromed, and the trunk needs a new seal and thats it. Majority of the parts I already have waiting. Springs, gas tank, and exhaust are the majors I'm waiting on. At that point all that will be left is to install motor/transmission, hook everything up, and recheck each system. Could any of what I have left to do be done in a couple weekends mostly by myself? The thing that's putting a hold on my project is wanting to and getting everything blasted and repainted since I don't have an area for sand blasting, I tried at one point but the compressor noise wouldn't work in my neighborhood. I've got no panels to cut or floor pans that need replacing, so that should save time.

Uhh..... depends how much free time you have.
Took me about 3 weeks to re-do my rear suspension, new tank, lines, etc. Painted everything nice, it was previously sandblasted & coated with POR-15 for protection until the rebuild/painting stages.
Could I have done it faster? SURE! If I didn't all the other life's responsibilities I guess I could. I did it in the free time I had.
Bottom line is I don't put a timeline on the car stuff anymore. When it gets done, it gets done. Everything does get finished, eventually.
