It's no different than someone making a General Lee clone as exact as possible.
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.  Especially if they have access to the internet.

Stormhammer

thats actually pretty sweet

I remember when their TV ads for the show comparing the General lee and K.I.T.T cars making it seem like the General lee was nothing compared to the Knight rider. K.I.T.T can jump higher and is faster and is smarter than the General lee.  ::) I was like what-ever.

Really turned me off, but I eventually watch both shows. The end of the series K.I.T.T was looking like crap with all the wings and things popping out for super pursuit mode.

And then the convertable thing, and the battle with C.A.R.R. Mammoth truck with Garth the evil twin goatee look-a-like.

Aw the memories, they don't make em any cheesier.

I would rather put 20k on a General than that, compering a 80 firebird/transam with a 69 Charger :rotz: what ever....
Looking for 383 Magnum #0B196875 and 0B115166

I remember sitting in the actual KITT car when I was a kid!

Gotta love this in the Ad:
QuoteDO NOT email me and ask me stupid questions like,
"Does it have super pursuit mode?"
or "Does it have turbo boost?".
Don't be a friggin idiot - it's just a Trans-Am!

I remember, years ago seeing that 9 of the shows cars were sold off. Wonder where those are now?

John 12: 49     "...for I did not speak of my own Accord."

JimShine

It would take way more dedication to build one of those over a GL.

Dale The Bold

I've never even seen the show.  I'd probably love it.

Anyway, that has got to be the most thorough ebay ad I've ever seen.
Matt. 14:8 (KJV) "And she, being before instructed of her mother, said, 'give me here John Baptist's head in a Charger.'"

Boy that show blew, just like the ill faited Viper show.

See it did not sell, hum wonder why? ;)

Will say I was taken by the dash, that was cool. Batman like steering wheel looked cool but would not what to drive with one unless it was on the 1320 that is.

Need to throw a 01 on the door, then it would sell.
