     :haha:
sad sight for sure...   i think that  69 R/T  must of had its  complete rear panel chopped out some time ago before the body started rotting bad :scratchchin: .   i wonder what the fender tag says ........ looking like that 69 R/T is heading for the great junk yard in the sky .  :'(   hope some one buys it to rebuild it though  :yesnod:

I like the fact that he has saved the hubcaps but it looks like he tossed the grill on the ground.  :rotz:  Maybe it was allready broke.  :shruggy:  I did see some headlites and a few bolts and I'd be willing to bet that there is a good chance of finding some lugnuts around too.

Most of what's left looks marginal as to whether you can use it or not, so $500 for both may or may not be too much in my opinion. Any of the padded or plastic dash pieces are likely to be dried up. The glass, one door, & some trim look okay, but not worth the trouble of dragging both home & then disposing of what's left. I did notice that both dash frames are there, one sitting on the front of the orange one, & one still inside. I wonder if the VIN tag is still there, undisturbed, & if it's for the R/T? I also wonder how many people are licking their chops & drooling over that tag thinking that their 318 car will soon be a 440 R/T?   ::)

I could not give that pile away without feeling guilty. Funny thing is, someone will buy it for 2,000 because it say's "R/T". :shruggy:

I'm only 3 hours from those hulks and to be honest I don't think I'd even get off the exit to look at them in person.  I bet the owner is missing more teeth than the cars are missing metal.
