Is that underdash insulation asbestos?

So I'm pulling my heater A/C box(easy by the way) and I notice all the dust falling off the under dash insulation. Does anyone know if that stuff on 1968 is asbestos

I believe it's fiberglass. Wear your mask though, still nasty stuff.
