5.9 magnum accessories and brackets

Has anyone used the stock 5.9L Magnum accessories and brackets off of a Dodge Ram in their E or B body?

I have read that the power steering bracket won't clear the frame unless one from van is used. What else is needed to use the newer alternator and power steering pump? I would like to use incorporate a newer A/C Compressor for a conversion down the road and the serpentine setup seems like the cleanest route. Also, does the stock fan need to be used or is the serpentine pulley seperate?
