Whats the kind of OEM lower radiator hose ?  molded or spring kind ? I know the upper is molded and in fact my car does have a NOS one.

Advantage of one over the other.

400 engine.

Spring.  No spring ones are a cheap aftermarket replacement and will collapse under higher rpm and close off the flow of coolant.

Chryco Psycho

depends what you are calling spring type , the factory hose was a molded smooth hose but with a spring inside to prevent collapsing under suction
the universal fit ribbed hoses are incorrect

Ghoste

Yes.  I assumed you were not talking about the ribbed flex hoses but that was a very bad assumption, so, what Chryco said.

Nacho-RT74

eeehm... I got the flex one. So they are not the OEM :(  Is the only one I can find here beside try to adapt someone at least similar, but they don't fit that good. I never have found the right molded one and in fact not even now how exactly is. Not even on replacements parts dealer catalogs down here.

Someone with a pic of the right one ? remember being 74 BB, outlets are on passenger side, not driver side

I haven't always found them that easy to find in Canada either.  I took a quick look to see if I still had an extra one but it appears that I mangled the spring out of it.  If it were still any good, it'd have been yours.  Sorry Nacho.
