Disassembling visors?

Is there a trick to it?

I have two sets of visors - one with very nice mounts but the wrong colour, the other nice vinyl in the right colour, but nasty mounts.

I'd like to swap them.

Anyone ever done it?

I think they just pull out.  I had a set of junk ones laying around here someplace.  If I can find them today, I'll try and take one apart for you and then my junk one can get sacrificed so that you don't wreck your good mounts or good visors?
That's if I can find them in all this junk.

Yea, all you have to do is take the tips off and then pull like a mother and the metal bar will slide out of the visor.

There you go then (works out good as I searched but couldn't find my sacrificial lamb).
