best spark plug

putting the engine back together and want to have it started up by next weekend and was wondering what the best spark plugs and values would be for a 440 with a 488 lift cam and auto trans.....

I have had great luck with NGK and Champion.

i was looking at champions as i never had problemns with them in the past... any idea on the part number??? like a rj12yc or whatever their coding is?

440 uses the RJ12YC as listed above

I have always had the best luck with Champions.  I know lots of others will say they're junk but they have worked as well for cheaper and often times better than other plugs I've tried.  It can be hard sometimes if you want to find colder ones but they're out there.
