What would be the best way to take car of the surface rust inside the frame rails. My car is a 69 charger,  I hear so much stuff on dipping and blasting and I'm not sure whats right for me.  The trunk floor pan, drivers and passanger pans, taillight panel and some rust here and there.  I'm kinda curious what would be best for my type of condition car.

Thanks

if you ar going to have youre floors and trunk floor out id blast the frame rails inside and then spray them with epoxy just put a piece of tape were the weld will be then peel it off and you have a nice clean surface to weld youre floors to

make sure to put down some good weld through primer on that bare surface before you weld, or itll rust damn quick.
